Four Seasons Vilamoura's most frequently asked questions
FAQs
Got a question?
Take a look at our FAQs to find out more about our resort before your stay.
-
Does the resort accept cash?
We've been busy updating our systems for a more seamless, succinct guest experience and from 1st March 2023 the whole resort will become cashless.
All the point of sales at the resort can be signed for as usual in the room TAB and payment can be made by credit/debit card at departure or you can make payment by contactless, credit/debit card at the time of purchase. This new way of operating is fast becoming the norm in businesses and is more convenient to our guests by allowing faster transactions, improved efficiency and a better customer experience.
We know that many of you like to thank our team personally during your stay, so cash will still be accepted for gratuity.
