About us
Four Seasons Vilamoura Resort is set in the heart of the same-named Portuguese seaside resort next to the beautiful Old Village. You can also get to its buzzing marina in 15 minutes on foot or by road train that stops just outside the hotel regularly. Vilamoura Marina is lined with shops, bars and restaurants along the promenade and the nearby beaches offer white sandy beaches, rugged coastline and amazing watersports options too.

On April 25th, we pay homage to this historic day that marked the end of dictatorship and the dawn of democracy in Portugal. Look out for a special video we've created as we commemorate this momentous time later today. The soldiers who initiated the revolution carried red carnations in their gun barrels. When civilians joined them on the streets to support the movement, they were offered these carnations as a symbol of peace and solidarity. The image of soldiers with carnations in their gun barrels became iconic, representing the peaceful nature of the revolution, a stark contrast to dictatorship and violence before. ???? Throughout the day, our dedicated staff members will wear red carnations, as a mark of respect and remembrance. - We introduce Vanda Menezes, a determined and versatile woman whose professional journey at FSVR began in April 2014, as a waitress in the F&B department. Over the years, Vanda has demonstrated her skill and commitment, rising to the role of Assistant Head Waitress in January 2017. Her ambition and love for challenges led her to embrace a new adventure in July 2020, taking on the role of Assistant Manager. Outside of the workplace, Vanda is an adventurous soul who makes the most of her leisure time. Her free spirit takes her to explore new destinations, whether travelling the world or riding her motorbike through unfamiliar roads. Additionally, she also cherishes moments at home, where she can relax and recharge. But make no mistake, Vanda is a sociable person who loves to have fun in the company of friends, creating memories and sharing laughs. The next time you see her at the Resort, don't hesitate to greet her.
